With prices rising, electricity was an overhead that needed to be carefully managed and monitored. Reliable have made a strong commitment to energy efficiency, including implementing an energy management policy and setting electricity reduction targets for their head office. Reliable have identified several opportunities for efficiency improvements, including lighting, air conditioning, office equipment and also considering behaviour change towards electricity consumption in the business. Reliable have started monitoring different pieces of equipment to estimate their annual running costs.
