The Staying Connected program helps those experiencing financial hardship develop personal and practical solutions to keep their electricity and/or gas supply connected.

ActewAGL will work to tailor the flexible payment plan to individual needs. This can include:

payment assistance vouchers
assistance in accessing government schemes
setting up an individual payment plan

ActewAGL has temporarily extended the Staying Connected program to include small businesses (usage under 100MWh).
