The Solar for Apartments Program is offering rebates to install rooftop solar on eligible apartments, units and townhouses.

Rebates of up to $2,800 per apartment (up to $140,000 per property) are available until 30 June 2027, or until all rebates are exhausted, whichever comes first.

Eligible Victorian owners corporations can apply for rebates for:

apartment buildings
strata townhouses
units under the control of an owners corporation and sharing a common property rooftop.

The Solar for Apartments Program is jointly funded by the Australian and Victorian governments.
