Rental providers who are eligible for the Affordable Community Housing Land Tax Exemption Scheme may be able to receive a rebate to help upgrade the ceiling insulation in their rental property to meet the minimum energy efficiency standards for rental homes.

Eligible rental providers can apply for a rebate of 50% of the cost of the insulation upgrade, capped at $2,500 per property.
