The Energy & Water Bill Support Day is for residents and small businesses in the Riverstone area each month.
Held in partnership with Riverstone Neighbourhood Community Centre, Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW specialist staff can help you:
- understand your bills and charges
- check your eligibility for energy, water and medical rebates
- resolve complaints
- talk to your retailer about contract issues, payment plans and rebates
- provide tips on how to reduce your energy and water consumption.
