Residents and small businesses in Port Macquarie and surrounds are invited to the monthly Energy Bill Support Days.
Held in partnership with the Salvation Army, Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW specialist staff will be available to:
- listen to your energy concerns, review your energy bills and work with you to resolve any issues you have with your energy retailers
- check your eligibility for energy and/or medical rebates
- negotiate with your retailer to resolve complaint issues and help you access retailer affordability programs
- provide tips on how to reduce energy and water use and save money on your bill.
