The Energy & Water Bill Support Day is for residents and small businesses in the Parramatta area each month.
Held in partnership with Parramatta Mission, Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW specialist staff can:
- provide a bill review to help you understand billing, including the various charges
- check your eligibility for rebates
- help to resolve energy and water complaints
- negotiate with your retailer to resolve contract issues and establish payment plans
- provide tips on how to reduce energy and water consumption.
