First Nations Engagement Working Group

The First Nations Engagement Working Group’s (FNEWG) purpose is to support the development of the First Nations Clean Energy Strategy and strategically coordinate First Nations engagement across ECMC’s climate change, energy and adaptation work.

This includes ensuring First Nations self-determining rights, perspectives, views and decision-making are integrated into energy and climate change policy-making and program development.
